- Trekking in forests invariably requires physical endurance depending upon the category of the trek.

Wonderful experience
It was a refreshing activity for us. This was an easy trek and does not require any prior trekking experience. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend to try it out.
The best trail to introduce kids to hikes.
We did this trail over the weekend with our 11yr old and he completed it effortlessly. The whole idea was to introduce him to hiking trails and this short downhill trail was the perfect to jump on to. Despite being a Saturday, no one else booked the first slot and it was just us and the guide along with 3 more officials to accompany. The trek is well managed and appreciate the efforts of the team. In the end, half day well spent in the woods! Suggestion on the welcome kit: Worth excluding the cap as everyone carries one. Also, certainly if the person signs up for another trek with TrekTamilnadu, then there's another cap you are offering. Perhaps, you could replace it with a souvenir or a locally sourced craft which blends with the hike or so.
Well-Organized Family-Friendly Trek Through Nature’s Beauty
Our family had an incredible experience on Sunday’s trek! Right from the beginning, the program was well-organized, starting with a simple and transparent booking process. The presence of local guides and forest range officials throughout the trek added a sense of safety and professionalism. We began at the Baraliyar starting point, where we were transported in a forest vehicle after completing the necessary documents. The organizers provided refreshments, including peanuts, a chikki bar, a mango drink, a cloth bag, and even a cap, which was a thoughtful touch. The trek lasted about 2.5 hours through a dense jungle along the slopes of the hill. The path was well-chosen, making it enjoyable and manageable even for young kids. The scenic views, fresh air, and immersive forest experience made it unforgettable for everyone in the family. Highly recommend this trek for families seeking a well-planned, safe, and enjoyable adventure in nature!
