By participating in our treks, you acknowledge and accept that certain risks are inherent to trekking in Forests & Wildlife areas despite our best efforts aimed at your safety.

Changes to the Itinerary:

TNWEC reserves the right to alter the trek itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Medical and Evacuation Limitations:

Kindly be aware that medical facilities in wilderness areas may be limited, and evacuation processes / reaction time may vary upon remoteness of locality and nature of terrain etc.

Please note that our services could be constrained for those with pre-existing medical conditions; we advise consulting your healthcare provider before joining our treks.

TNWEC is not responsible for incorrect booking or late reporting due to which the trek opportunity is liable to be lapsed. Further, it is essential for participants to be aware of the risks associated and to ensure they are in suitable health and appropriate attire before embarking on the trek. Participants should follow all rules / guidelines and safety instructions provided and be prepared for the unique challenges of the natural environment. Littering and damaging the environment are strictly prohibited.

Participants may kindly be aware that indulging in any actions prohibited under the trekking rules including causing damage to vegetation/wildlife/natural habitat or the collection of specimens of any sort is bound to invite punitive action under relevant Acts & Rules.

By joining our trek, you agree to assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being, understanding that while we strive to minimize risks, TNFD or TNWEC cannot be held liable for incidents arising from the natural conditions and inherent risks of the trekking environment.

Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings as well. TNWEC is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
