CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
| Cancellation Timeframe | Refund Policy |
| Within 72 hrs of the Trekking Date | No refunds will be issued. |
| Between 7 days and 72 hrs Before the Trek | 50% refund of the total amount paid. |
| Between 14 days and 7 days Before the Trek | 75% refund of the total booking amount. |
| More Than 14 days Before the Trek | 90% refund of the total booking amount. |
Cancellation by TNWEC
In the unlikely event of calling off trek by TNWEC owing to unforeseen circumstances like disruptions along the trail (rough and inclement weather, landslide, sudden wildlife movement etc.) and operation glitches, full refund of booking amount minus taxes and transaction charges will be initiated within 7 working days.

We recommend that you carefully review your plans and ensure that you are able to attend the trek before confirming your booking.
Cancellations must be communicated through the mail id linked with trektamilnadu.com along with e-ticket.Please contact our customer care to understand your options and any associated fee in case of cancellation of trek.
Cancellation charges mentioned above are excluding GST & transaction charges.
For the time being, we do not offer reschedule option for the trek. You may have to cancel and rebook.
