CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking—either in full or for individual participants—directly through your registered login ID.

 

To cancel a booking:

1. Log in to your account

2. Navigate to Booking History

3. Click the Action dropdown menu

4. Select Cancellation

5. Choose Full or Individual Cancellation

6. Provide a reason for cancellation

7. Click submit

 

Refund Structure Based on Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellation Timeframe Refund Policy
Within 72 hours of the trek date No refunds will be issued.
7 days to 72 hours before the trek 50% refund of the total amount paid.
14 days to 7 days before the trek 75% refund of the total booking amount.
More than 14 days before the trek 90% refund of the total booking amount.

Note: Cancellation charges are exclusive of GST and transaction fees.

Cancellation by TNWEC

In the unlikely event of calling off trek by TNWEC owing to unforeseen circumstances like disruptions along the trail (rough and inclement weather, landslide, sudden wildlife movement etc.) and operational glitches, full refund of booking amount minus taxes and transaction charges will be initiated within 7 working days.

Reschedule Policy

Trekkers are offered a one-time option to reschedule their trek without any additional charges, through their registered login ID, up to 24 hours before the scheduled trek date. The Reschedule option is available only for change of date and not for change of trail.

To reschedule a trek:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Booking History

3. Open the Action dropdown menu

4. Select Reschedule

5. Choose a new date and time

6. Confirm the reschedule

7. Refresh the page and download your updated e-ticket

Important Notes

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

• For questions or help with cancellations, please contact our Customer Care team.

• Please review your travel plans carefully before confirming your booking.

• Kindly avoid last-minute cancellations, as they may lead to loss of eligibility for a refund. 

• Please ensure that you review and follow our cancellation/refund/reschedule policy carefully.
